Job description

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development, integration, and delivery of a cloud-native healthcare technology platform. This role will oversee cross-functional engineering teams, manage software delivery milestones, coordinate system integrations, and drive successful execution of healthcare innovation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end software platform delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cloud platform development, real-time data pipelines, API integrations, and clinician-facing applications.
  • Drive integration efforts across hardware, software, and third-party technology partners.
  • Oversee sprint planning, release management, and deployment activities.
  • Partner with engineering, product, UX, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor platform performance, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate technical reviews, milestone demonstrations, and executive status reporting.
  • Support healthcare interoperability initiatives, including HL7/FHIR-based integrations.
  • Ensure software development follows security-by-design and compliance best practices.
  • Manage vendor, partner, and stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management, Software Delivery, or Systems Integration experience.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture.
  • Experience leading Agile software development teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
