Program Manager 

Are you a natural advocate who thrives on helping others achieve their goals? 

We are looking for dedicated full-time Program Managers to lead support for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. In this role, you won't just manage a schedule-you'll bridge the gap between dreams and reality by fostering independence in the community, at work, and at home. You'll spend your work days in the MDS office, in the community or a residential setting. 

What You'll Do 

  • Empower Independence: Help individuals advocate for themselves, initiate their own ideas, and exercise real choice in the supports they receive. 
  • Lead a Team: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Job Coaches. You'll lead staff meetings and ensure consistent, high-quality coverage for all shifts. You will also provide on call coverage on a rotating schedule with other Program Managers. 
  • Create Opportunity: Identify and secure employment opportunities tailored to each individual's unique skills and interests. You'll ensure they have the tools to meet employer standards and flourish in their careers.
  • Cultivate Experiences: Encourage participation in social and cultural activities, ensuring a life well-lived in the community and at home. 
  • Collaborate & Monitor: Partner with families, guardians, nursing staff, and fellow managers to monitor well-being and adapt services as needs evolve.
