Job description

Title: Sr. Technical Program Manager - Data Center & Network Delivery
Location: Remote with some travel
Duration: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: 120-150k annually
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Program Accountability: Serve as the primary point of accountability for the end-to-end
delivery of comprehensive data center builds, overseeing multiple complex workstreams
simultaneously.
High-Stakes Facilitation: Lead and facilitate critical conversations, workshops, and
decision-making sessions with technical leads and executives, ensuring alignment and
resolution in high-pressure environments.
Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central hub for communication between internal
teams, external vendors, and global partners, ensuring transparency and alignment at all
levels.
Program Visibility: Maintain the "source of truth " for program health by ensuring all
schedules, dependencies, and risks are accurately reflected in program management
tools.
Executive Communication: Distill high-density technical jargon and infrastructure
updates into concise, executive-level summaries and dashboards for business
leadership.
Ambiguity Navigation: Lead through uncertainty by establishing structure where it
doesn't exist, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and driving cross-functional resolution.
Qualifications
10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or
infrastructure-focused organization.
Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans; specifically in building and
managing multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules.
Exceptional Communication & EQ: Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct
authority and translate technical complexity for business audiences.
Deep experience in Organizational Change Management: Ability to drive process
adoption and maintain program health during rapid scaling and pivots.
Technical Fluency: A strong foundational understanding of data center deployments and
the critical path items required for infrastructure rollouts.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, "multi-vendor " builds where you were
accountable for the entire program lifecycle.
