Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end program delivery for software deployments, managing client needs, timelines, and business objectives
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and deployments based on customer priorities and strategic goals
  • Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, success metrics, and release scope
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams
  • Manage and support the development team on product enhancements, ensuring prioritization, clarity, and delivery velocity
  • Drive release planning and deployment, including rollout strategy, adoption, and post-launch iteration
  • Lead risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making to keep programs on track
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions through testing oversight, validation, and performance monitoring
  • Establish and track KPIs and product performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain effective processes to scale program delivery


Required Experience

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in technical program management, product management, or technical consulting
  • Proven track record of leading software delivery programs and product rollouts
