Outside Technical Sales Representative

Location: Cleveland, Columbus OH or Chicago, IL

The Outside Technical Sales Representative represents the company and its partner brand by serving as a key customer-facing resource for engineered products and solutions within the appliance and technical components industries. This role is responsible for supporting existing programs, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle. The position works closely with internal engineering, operations, and customer service teams to support application requirements, product launches, and engineering changes. This role requires frequent travel (70%), including international travel, to support customer relationships and business objectives.

Bachelors of Science technical degree -- preferably engineering and business combination. 3–5 years of experience in technical or outside sales, or a customer-facing technical role preferably within the manufacturing or industrial components sector. Experience supporting and selling engineered products or technical components highly desirable.
