Job description

This Technical Sales role covers Omaha, NE and surrounding territory.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in technical and industrial sales to grow and expand our presence in Omaha, NE. This is not a commodity sales role, but a consultative sales role. We need someone who thrives on solving problems, building strong business relationships, and driving results.

What You’ll Do

· Develop and grow a defined territory by building relationships with decision-makers ranging from maintenance personel to CEOs.

· Identify opportunities and present automation solutions that bring measurable value to customers.

· Drive sales growth through technical expertise, problem-solving, and persistence.

· Stay ahead of industry trends and learn new technologies to effectively position Hartfiel Automation’s solutions.

· Work collaboratively with our engineering and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer challenges.

· Confidently handle objections and negotiations while keeping long-term customer partnerships in mind.

· Minimum 2+ years of proven industrial/technical sales experience.
