As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative to support both our customers and internal Sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and supporting both customers and internal teams in a dynamic environment.

The Role

As a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative, you’ll act as a key partner to our Sales team while serving as a frontline resource for customer and technical inquiries.

You’ll handle customer communication, support platform-related issues, and ensure our systems and data are accurate and running smoothly. This role blends customer service, sales support, and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly understand and navigate systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues (login problems, account access, bidding issues, payment errors, etc.)
  • Guide customers through system functionality and resolve usability questions
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams while clearly documenting findings
  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks including data entry, account updates, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
