What You'll Do:

  • Completes general IT Operations tasks under direct guidance

  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with current IT Operations hardware, software, or process via ticket logging system

  • Supports providing communication / training to global business partners when required

  • Support various processes and environments

  • Supports operational stability for IT Operations area / domain

  • Contribute to the technical & process documentation (user guides, knowledge articles)

  • Performs other duties as assigned
