MEP Technical Manager & Senior MEP Technical Manager Atlanta, GA | Onsite | Full-Time

We are hiring for two senior MEP leadership roles in Atlanta. Whether you're an experienced technical manager or a seasoned senior leader, both positions offer strong compensation and the opportunity to lead complex, high-profile projects.

ROLE 1: MEP Technical Manager Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 Car Allowance: $815/month Bonus Target: 9% of base salary Experience: 10+ years

ROLE 2: Senior MEP Technical Manager Salary: Up to $200,000 Car Allowance: $815/month Bonus Target: 9% of base salary Experience: 15+ years

REQUIREMENTS — MEP Technical Manager (10+ years)

  • BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
  • PE license preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Experience on commercial, healthcare, or data center projects
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and building codes
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to oversee technical deliverables end-to-end

REQUIREMENTS — Senior MEP Technical Manager (15+ years)

  • BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
  • PE license strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Deep expertise on complex, large-scale projects (healthcare, data centers, commercial)
  • Demonstrated leadership of large MEP teams and multi-discipline coordination
  • Expert knowledge of codes, standards, and compliance
  • Executive-level stakeholder management skills
  • Business development and client relations experience

RESPONSIBILITIES (Both Roles)

  • Lead MEP design documentation and technical deliverables
  • Drive cross-disciplinary coordination efforts
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers
