Team Overview
This role sits within Customer Zero Enablement, supporting TransUnion's OneTru platform, and reports to the Senior Director, Technical Product Management. The team plays a critical role in advancing TransUnion's cloud-native data, identity, and analytics platform that powers solutions across credit risk, fraud, and marketing.
This role represents the Global Delivery and Data Acquisition user groups and is responsible for shaping how these teams adopt and leverage the OneTru platform. The role partners closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Platform Product, and Operations to ensure scalable, intuitive, and effective internal adoption, helping to inform platform evolution and readiness for broader go-to-market use. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
  • This role exists to enable internal teams to effectively operate on the OneTru platform through scalable, repeatable, and intuitive enablement experiences.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes by reducing operational friction, accelerating onboarding, and increasing adoption across data, analytics, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Own the Customer Zero Enablement strategy across multi-persona, multi-tenant operational and analytics journeys in support of platform migration and scale.
  • Translate complex workflows, pilots, and real-world platform usage into prioritized product roadmap investments tied to adoption and efficiency metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define secure, cloud-native solutions that balance short-term enablement needs with long-term platform strategy.
  • Collaborate with UX to map end-to-end journeys, define Jobs-to-Be-Done, and convert insights into actionable, buildable platform requirements.
  • Define success metrics, acceptance criteria, and dependency alignment to ensure consistent, measurable delivery.
  • Develop enablement artifacts such as playbooks, SOPs, and onboarding guides to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge and improve time-to-value.

Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • 15+ years of experience in technical product management for enterprise or platform products, which is essential to designing scalable enablement strategies and driving adoption at scale.
  • Expert knowledge of data and analytics lifecycles including data onboarding, preparation, batch and interactive execution, and downstream delivery, used to design end-to-end platform workflows.
  • Experience designing and enabling multi-persona, multi-tenant platforms, ensuring secure, consistent, and repeatable experiences across internal user groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments while providing structure, stakeholder alignment, and execution rigor across cross-functional teams.

Required Technical Skills
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) used to support cloud-native, scalable architectures.
  • Enterprise data platforms, analytics workflows, and operational or fulfillment systems supporting complex internal use cases.
  • APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), system integration patterns, access models, and dependency management.
  • Ability to translate architectural and technical concepts into clear product requirements, metrics, and delivery plans.

  • Experience leading Customer Zero or internal enablement initiatives for platform products.

Pay Scale Information:
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $168,750.00 - $281,250 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
