THE ROLE
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading technically complex, cross-pod initiatives that span multiple teams. This role serves as the end-to-end project owner for initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and dependencies, ensuring clear execution, technical alignment, and delivery accountability.
The position acts as a central coordinator and single point of ownership for client and internal initiatives, translating high-level business or technical goals into structured workstreams, timelines, and dependencies while managing risk and escalation across teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross-Functional Technical Project Leadership
  • Lead technically complex, multi-pod initiatives spanning Applications, Acceleration, Intelligence, Analytics, and Product
  • Act as the end-to-end project owner and primary coordinator for cross-functional technical initiatives
  • Serve as the central point of accountability across multiple teams and stakeholders

Planning, Execution & Delivery
  • Translate high-level goals into clear technical workstreams, milestones, owners, and dependencies
  • Coordinate integrations, data flows, automation dependencies, and certification workflows
  • Maintain project plans that reflect evolving scope, dependencies, and technical constraints

Status, Risk & Escalation Management
  • Lead ongoing status tracking, risk identification, and issue escalation across technical stakeholders
  • Maintain a single source of truth for project-level status, decisions, risks, and dependencies
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and coordinate mitigation or escalation as needed

Stakeholder & Client Support
  • Partner closely with technical, product, and business teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Join client calls when required to provide progress updates, technical clarity, and delivery context
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs

Process Stabilization & Standardization
  • Support standardization of recurring technical workflows where appropriate
  • Manage and stabilize custom or edge-case processes until they are suitable for automation or transition to business-as-usual (BAU) ownership

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-6+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, technically complex initiatives
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and technology dependencies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and disciplines
  • Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000, depending on location and experience.
