Overview

Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their growing Information Technology team. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, this role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support to employees while maintaining systems, devices, and network connectivity across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, and gaining experience in an enterprise environment. There is strong potential for long-term growth as the IT team expands.

Required / Desired Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Set up and support workstations, monitors, printers, and scanners
  • Provide technical support via in-person, phone, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, email, and network connectivity
  • Support end users with Microsoft Office and other business applications
  • Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
  • Assist with antivirus, endpoint protection, and software updates
