Seeking multiple Disaster Restoration Technicians.
We prefer a minimum of 1-year experience with IICRC certifications in WTR, ASD and AMRT. However, we are willing to train and certify the right individual if needed. Communication and time management is vital. Construction experience is a plus. IICRC continuing education credits are provided and paid for.
The Disaster Restoration Technician must be able to perform all aspects of water, fire, mold, sewage, board-up and cleaning jobs with direction from the Mitigation Manager. Job requires a on call rotation for 24-hour emergency services that includes after hours emergency pay and bonuses! Must be willing and able to show up on time, drive company vehicles and maintain a neat and clean look that represents ServiceMaster by F.E.S. in a professional manner. Water Restoration Lead Tech Job duties:
  • Report to manager/coordinator
  • Lead out water restoration jobs
  • Supervise and manage techs
  • Meet with and advise customers
  • Water extraction
  • Content manipulation
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles
  • Equipment placement, removal and cleaning
  • Monitoring of materials and equipment
  • Demolition
  • On call rotations
  • Collecting data and photos on site
  • Operate company apps/programs
  • Maintain warehouse and company trucks
  • Practice and maintain workplace safety
  • Proper use of Personnel Protection Equipment (P.P.E.)
  • Complete other duties as needed
The Disaster Restoration Tech must have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK!
Compensation: Paid weekly, emergency bonuses, cell phone compensation, paid holidays and vacation days, up sale / cross sale commissions. IICRC classes, certifications and renewals paid for by company.
