The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical and business functions.

This individual is responsible for the candidate experience, recruitment process, and overall hiring execution, serving as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to meet evolving business needs. The Technical Recruiter will proactively identify and engage top talent, build diverse pipelines, and move candidates through the hiring process with urgency and precision. This role requires a strong relationship builder who will partner closely with business and technology leaders, helping to establish and strengthen the brand and presence in the Seattle market while driving consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions; including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates with a strong sense of urgency. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, owning and delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to deeply understand business needs, align on hiring strategies, and drive effective hiring outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology leaders, with a focus on establishing credibility and supporting growth in the Seattle market as the organization continues to build its brand and presence. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach to build diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines. Build and manage active pipelines across Engineering, Product Managers, and AI focused roles simultaneously, ensuring consistent progress across multiple requisitions.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment; provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to hiring teams. Coordinate interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, interviewer alignment, facilitating debriefs, and maintaining candidate momentum throughout the process. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers that align with market data and candidate expectations.

Drive continuous engagement with both active and passive candidates to build long-term talent pipelines and support future hiring needs. Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and audit readiness. Partner closely with recruiting leadership to ensure process consistency, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader talent acquisition strategies.

Actively contribute to recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and projects that enhance hiring outcomes and candidate experience. Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of service and execution. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise across technical and business roles.

Proven ability to build strategic relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Exceptional candidate experience management and communication skills. Advanced sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound strategies.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Strong business acumen and ability to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals. Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) to track pipeline activity and performance

High sense of urgency and ownership in driving roles to close. Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions. Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Commitment to building diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) Experience cold calling and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be a team player and be flexible and adaptable to rapid change Outstanding client service orientation and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of management Preferred Qualifications: 2 + years of experience with strategic sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Database, ATS Pipelining. 1+ year of experience sourcing for roles in an organization with multiple office locations in different states throughout the country.
