What you'll be doing?
As a Technical Recruiter, you will source, interview, and hire top talent from all over. To accomplish this, you bring a thoughtful and consultative approach to the job.To candidates, you will convey an understanding of Technical knowledge in many areas of Fresh's business. In this role, you will:
  • Source candidates, resume reviews, phones screens, onsite interviews
  • Drive the entire Recruiting process from sourcing through interview, hire and retention of highly desirable talent
  • Write job descriptions as needed for opportunities, then Post/close job requirements
  • Enter candidate data into the ATS (JazzHR)
  • Assist with candidate onboarding
  • Engage in on-going full life cycle recruiting training
  • Support the scheduling, organization and attendance of various recruitment and networking events, university events and activities

We want you to have:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on hardware engineering roles
  • Proven track record of sourcing, hiring, and retaining top engineering talent - specifically Mechanical Engineers (ME), Firmware Engineers (FW), Electrical Engineers (EE), Hardware/software Test Engineers, and EE Technicians
  • Ability to accurately assess technical resumes and speak credibly with engineers about their skills, tools, and project experience
  • Experience building and maintaining pipelines of passive hardware talent (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, engineering communities, referrals)
  • Familiarity with the full product development lifecycle (concept → prototype → EVT/DVT/PVT → production) and how engineering roles map to each phase
  • Ability to work independently with little or no guidance
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and complex databases
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, proactive, fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new technical domains and skill sets
  • Desire and ability to take initiative, lead recruiting projects, and deliver excellent customer service to hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative sourcing skills
  • Technical background (engineering degree, hands-on hardware experience, or prior work in a hardware/product development company) strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree highly desired; engineering or technical discipline a plus
