GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This position requires the individual to be able to multi task with jobs that are ongoing and constantly changing. Clerical duties and data entry is only part of the job. The individual in this job must be a self-starter whom is able to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision. This person must be very detail oriented. This individual must be able to work with and communicate with all levels of personnel within the company.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Create and review QDIR for accuracy.
  • Log QDIR in COQ, scan and save in appropriate location for data retention.
  • Assisting in MRB including scrap entry and closure of work orders.
  • Split routers as needed for production.
  • Maintain returns log, including issuing RMAs.
  • Receive returns and create incoming routers.
  • Create deviations and alternates for special processing.
  • Data validation between manual and electronic files.
  • Maintain CPOUR reports.
  • Maintain allocation reports.
  • Maintain welding FPY and create reports.
  • Maintain serial number logs for rough inspection.
  • Create and maintain charts to report data to management.
  • Maintain and reconcile holds list.
  • Maintain completed red tags.
  • Maintain completed PWC log.
  • Facilitate completed core box revision reports.
  • Update and file Coremaster data sheets.
  • Create wellman number and product master for new jobs.
  • Enter and evaluate timed knockout sheets.
  • Update and maintain part specific work instructions.
  • Investigate and maintain engineering change requests.
  • Assist engineering and quality with investigations.
  • Assist with pattern documentation photos.
  • Heat treat load reviews.
  • Prepare and submit frozen planning.
  • Prepare and submit First Article Inspections.
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Update and issue CMOMs.
  • Assist with MVAs.
  • Create certification for chemical, mechanical and special testing as required by the customer.
  • Certify that all properties and testing meet customer requirements.
  • Scan and file shipped and scrapped routers.
  • Create ortho charts.
  • Assist in calibration.
  • Implement and maintain xray report files.
  • Assist in technique revision and floor revision control.
  • Data entry for xray and creation of trend charts.
  • Monitor and issue Pen-Chek reports.
  • Survey meter and dosimeter calibrations.
  • Assign and monitor shooter and processor numbers.
  • Archive film.
  • Organize film disposal in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Retrieve film for technical review.
  • Pene IQI inspection annually.
  • Maintain certification spreadsheet.
  • Instruct Level I radiography class (if qualified)
  • RSO duties (if qualified)
  • Sample tracking and log maintenance.
