Job description

Responsibilities • Develop applications using TIBCO suite of products such as TIBCO Business Works version 6 / Container Edition, TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service etc. • Design and maintain a full failsafe, robust enterprise service bus including fault Tolerance, load balancing handling heavy through put. • Deploy real time streaming applications on servers • Create solutions interfacing with Live data sources like OSI Pi, Kafka, sensors etc. • Design automated unit testing procedures for BW 5.x and BW 6.x applications • Able to write utilities in javascript and python to create customized solutions • Participating in design sessions with business customer and technical team • Obtaining requirement/design approval from customers and IT lead • Participating in planning and creation of change management and training materials • Participating in weekly project meetings • Tasks that will be expected to deliver also includes: o Connect source systems at sites like OSI Pi, GE Proficy, MES etc. o Facilitate data pull based on tags, material and batch using Streambase o Create models to transform & analyze live data o Create analytical and predictive models using Tibco Data Science & ML • Configure Asset Management Server to push asset information Qualifications: • Total Developer experience of around 8 - 10 years • Prior experience and familiarization with methods, practices and programs related to building and supporting complex applications using TIBCO Products • Experience in migrating applications from TIBCO BW 5.x to TIBCO BW CE. • Experience in designing and developing complex BW integrations, ReST API's, SOAP webservices. • Experience in TIBCO Adapter for Files, TIBCO Adapter for Kafka, Snowflake, SOAP, REST/JSON Plugin. • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Dockers & Kubernetes • Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka • Experience with applications using messaging such as JMS, EMS, Kafka, MQTT, FTL, etc. • Experience in Sizing and Capacity planning of integration systems for major project implementations. • Experience in databases such as Cassandra, Oracle, MS SQL Server and DB2 to manage tables, views, indexes, sequences, stored procedures, functions, triggers and packages. • Deep knowledge of data modeling and metadata management • Experience in Pharma Manufacturing industry is an added advantage • Excellent communication skills to include internal and external communication & documentation • Knowledge of business concepts in Pharmaceutical industry, especially manufacturing • Ability to work effectively in an independent setting as well as part of virtual/global team • Self-starter with an ability to multitask, including strong time-management and prioritization skills Work with the Product owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
