Within our Assurance practice, you will utilize innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. This role involves evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance, and risk management processes, while educating clients on leading practice recommendations. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Your role is crucial in maintaining PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. Compensation
  • The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500.
  • For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000.
  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
  • All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
