Job Description
We are always looking for talented individuals to add to our team. Currently, we are seeking a friendly, self-motivated candidate to fill the role of Digital Retail Customer Specialist, who are often the first contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle online. The qualified candidate will be expected to:
  • Establish contact with online shoppers utilizing phone, text and e-mail communication methods
  • Discover shopper's objectives, wants and needs through constructive qualifying engagement
  • Be a value-added resource to the customer by providing them with vehicle and pricing information, support and alternative suggestions that meet their needs.
  • Schedule appointments for the customer to visit the showroom to experience the vehicle in person and to finalize the purchase
  • Build vehicle value by demonstrating to the customer expert level knowledge of differentiating features and benefits for each model in the lineup.
  • Close sales and work with the Finance Manager to provide a world class vehicle delivery
  • Follow up with the customer periodically after the sale to ensure their complete satisfaction and to network for additional sales opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2-5 years sales and customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Automotive sales background a plus
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license required as well as clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
Pay Range & Compensation Details
Pay is from $50,000 - $120,000 per year. Rate of pay for this position is dependent on relevant skills & experience.
