JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
The Manager, Enterprise Applications Development is responsible for leading enterprise integration development, middleware engineering, internal custom-built applications and data analytics initiatives that support critical business operations across the organization. This role oversees enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, internal custom-built applications (MUD, Tenant Portal), data pipelines, reporting solutions, and analytics platforms that enable secure, scalable, and reliable connectivity across enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
 
The position partners closely with business stakeholders, enterprise applications teams, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration, internal custom-built applications and analytics solutions aligned with organizational objectives. This role provides leadership for enterprise middleware, internal custom-built applications and data pipeline and reporting development platforms including Dell Boomi, Microsoft Logic Apps, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure integration services, Power Platform etc.
 
This role serves as a technical and operational leader responsible for driving integration strategy, middleware modernization, internal custom-built applications development, analytics enablement, automation initiatives, and development best practices while ensuring enterprise solutions remain scalable, supportable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise middleware, integration, and analytics platforms.
  • Manage enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, automation workflows, and data exchange processes across enterprise systems.
  • Lead integration development activities using Dell Boomi, Microsoft Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and related cloud integration technologies.
  • Architect and support integrations between ERP, Salesforce, HR, procurement, treasury, analytics, and third-party SaaS platforms.
  • Oversee enterprise reporting, analytics, and dashboard development using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services.
  • Manage internal custom-built applications development including MUD Receivable, and Tenant/Landlord Portal applications
  • Lead and mentor developers, integration engineers, data engineers, and report developers supporting enterprise solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration, reporting, automation, and application development solutions.
  • Design and support enterprise data pipelines, semantic models, Lakehouse/Warehouse structures, and operational reporting solutions.
  • Define and enforce development standards, API governance, reusable integration frameworks, deployment pipelines, and application lifecycle management (ALM) processes.
  • Establish standards for middleware monitoring, logging, resiliency, security, and operational support procedures.
  • Support enterprise modernization initiatives including ERP migrations, cloud adoption, workflow automation, and legacy system integrations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and enterprise applications teams to support integrated technology operations.
  • Monitor application performance, integration reliability, reporting accuracy, and operational metrics to improve service quality and user experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and third-party resources supporting enterprise development and analytics initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to improve integration capabilities, analytics maturity, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required; equivalent experience considered.
  • Significant experience in enterprise application development, middleware engineering, integrations, analytics, or related technology functions.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise integration development and analytics/reporting teams within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with Dell Boomi, Microsoft Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, Power Automate, and related cloud integration technologies.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, Power Platform.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, OData, webhooks, and API management frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience building integration workflows, orchestration processes, connectors, and automated business process solutions across enterprise SaaS and ERP platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise reporting, semantic models, data pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics best practices.
  • Experience developing and supporting operational and executive reporting solutions across enterprise business systems.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, PowerShell, DAX, and related scripting or development technologies.
  • Strong experience with .NET, React JS application development
  • Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD deployment pipelines, source control, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
  • Strong understanding of governance processes, IT controls, SOX compliance, change management, and operational support practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with a track record of applying innovative digital tools to improve automation, analytics, and operational outcomes.
