KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Servesas an intermediary betweenNetworkEngineering and internalclients to deliver infrastructure requirements
• Focuseson projects and initiativesthatrequireNetworkinvolvement and workswithNetworkManagement to ensure cross-functional priorities are aligned
• Obtainsrequirements from IT and business clients for infrastructure related projects
• Managesproject timelines,budgetsand resource allocations
• Monitors and drives deliverables from vendors

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Associates/2 Yr Degree

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: PMP Preferred

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Managesrelationships betweenNetworkand all internal and external customers
• WorkswithManagement to review prioritization of IT projects anddeterminesareas of focus/prioritization
• Developsdetailed technical road maps for major infrastructure initiatives
• Maintains continuity ofnetworkoperations by documenting and communicating actions, challenges, and opportunities as needed
• Assistswith scheduled periodic maintenance foroperating system(OS)updates, software updates, configurationchangesand maintenance renewals
• Keepsabreast of upcoming infrastructure-driven initiatives such as hardware refreshes or software upgrades,andensuresthat resources and funding areallocatedaccordingly
• Helpsmanage ongoingnetworkissues and ensuresthe right parties,both internal and external, are involved in issue resolution
• Keepsabreastof technology, customerneeds,and industry-related trends,and helpsform a strategy to meet the changing needs ofthe Company'sclient base
• Assistsin asset management;maintainsinventory and warranty information, maintenance records, software and hardware registrations and documentation
• Providesstatus updates to peers andManagement
• AssistsManagement with budget forecasting based on planned initiatives
• Coordinates and aids withNetworkinitiatives; interpretsNetworkstrategies into actionable project plans
• Aidsin generating contracts; ensures vendor partnerscomply withcontractual terms andservice level agreements (SLAs)
• Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned byManagement
