We are excited to announce we are expanding and looking to grow our team with a new IT Infrastructure Engineer!

Position Summary: 

Working on the Operations Delivery team, the position of IT Infrastructure Engineer is focused on assisting with the design, deployment, validation, and implementation of scalable solutions within infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security with efficiency, confidence, and competence.  The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be the expert on maintenance and upgrade of infrastructure including servers, email delivery systems, storage, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems in accordance with best practices and established processes.

  • Experience with a Managed Cloud service supporting AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Previous experience with managed service providers, operational management, and ongoing continuous improvement preferred

Certifications Preferred: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT experience
  • Server Deployment – MSCA Windows Server 2016
  • Cloud – AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Certified Azure
  • Network Basics – Cisco - CCNA
  • Firewall – Checkpoint CCSA
  • VMware – vSphere 6.5 Foundations Exam
  • Security – Certified Network Defender
