A natural problem-solver with a passion for technology, the Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) is a trusted advisor to our clients. With a specialization in multiple technology disciplines, the TAM serves as the customer's number one advocate, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and technical concepts.
The primary focus of this role is managing the relationship between ALLO and the client to foster a seamless and successful partnership.
This is an in office position in Mission, KS.
  • Serve as the primary technical advocate for a dedicated client portfolio, building strong, long-term partnerships with key business leaders, owners, and C-suite contacts.
  • Provide strategic guidance by understanding client business goals and conducting regular service reviews to ensure alignment with ALLO's best practices.
  • Proactively translate complex technical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and provide analytical problem resolution using an expert-level knowledge of ALLO's products.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to champion client needs and ensure seamless service experience.
  • Drive process improvement by documenting solutions in a knowledge base and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate procedures.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with client leadership across all channels.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS preferred or Formal Technical education
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and C-suite executives.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Strategic Communication:Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, acting as a strategic advisor to clients.
  • Technical Breadth:A "jack-of-all-trades" background with strong, holistic knowledge across networking, infrastructure, and application support.
  • Network Administration:Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs, with proficiency in troubleshooting tools (e.g., PING, TRACERT).
  • Microsoft Ecosystem:Deep expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory (Azure and on-prem), Group Policy, and PowerShell.
  • Cloud & Application Support:Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 migrations and management, along with troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Security & Permissions:Firm grasp of user/email account management, file/share permissions, and resolving common security issues like virus/malware.
  • Must be available for occasional after-hours work and on-call rotations.
