Our client seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead initiatives in the Customer Service Technology domain. The role requires coordination across multiple engineering teams, hands-on project planning, and delivery within hybrid SDLC frameworks. The ideal candidate brings strong SDLC knowledge, risk management capability, and expertise with Smartsheet, Jira, and Excel. The work will be fully remote with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Rate: $50.00 to $62.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple engineering teams of approximately 25 members each to plan and execute projects.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans from scratch using Smartsheet or similar tools.

  • Define and manage project milestones to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks to protect timelines and deliverables.

  • Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts using clear communication and negotiation.

  • Operate within a hybrid framework that combines Waterfall and Agile, coordinating Scrum teams using Jira.

  • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of project management experience in a software development environment.

  • Proven ability to ramp up quickly and drive projects with minimal supervision.

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Experience working within a Project Management Office or similar structure.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.
