Primary Location: Fernley, NV (May need to travel at times)

Salary: $72,404.80/YR

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead operations for a high-profile client site. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving service excellence, building a high-performance culture, and developing a motivated, engaged security team.
 
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, strengthens team cohesion, and creates a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer focus. 

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. You will also partner closely with the client and internal leadership to ensure operations run smoothly, risks are managed appropriately, and the security program continually improves. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
