Job description

The Talent Source has partnered with a respected South Florida organization in the search for a polished, service-oriented IT Administrator to support a highly visible professional environment where technology reliability, responsiveness, and white-glove customer service are critical to daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with executive-level stakeholders, legal professionals, and operational teams while supporting modern infrastructure, conference room technology, collaboration tools, and end-user systems in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver exceptional, customer-focused IT support with a professional and solutions-oriented approach
  • Provide hands-on support for end-user technologies including laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing tools, and collaboration platforms
  • Support conference room and audio/visual technologies including microphones, Cisco/Webex systems, Zoom, virtual meetings, and courtroom-style presentation environments
  • Assist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, telephony, and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Coordinate and support temporary and permanent conference/hearing room technology setups
  • Work closely with attorneys, judges, executives, leadership teams, and administrative staff to ensure seamless technology experiences
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, telephony, networking, and AV issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and update support tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining strong communication and accountability throughout resolution
  • Assist with system upgrades, deployments, workstation setups, and technology refresh initiatives
  • Support Microsoft-based environments including Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and collaboration technologies
  • Participate in technology improvement projects and ongoing operational enhancements

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills — professionalism and presentation are extremely important in this environment
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user technologies
  • Prior experience with Cisco technologies, telephony, Webex, or conferencing solutions preferred
  • Experience supporting audio/visual systems, conference rooms, or hybrid meeting environments
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems
  • Solid troubleshooting experience across Windows environments, networking, Wi-Fi, hardware, and collaboration platforms
  • Comfortable supporting executive, legal, or highly professional user groups
  • Ability to remain calm, responsive, and detail-oriented in high-visibility situations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple support requests
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies

Preferred Background

  • Experience within enterprise, government, legal, hospitality, healthcare, or highly customer-centric environments
  • Exposure to Cisco networking or telephony environments
  • Experience supporting video conferencing, digital presentation, or courtroom/hearing room technologies is a plus
