As Director of Transformation and Talent, you'll play a key role in shaping that future. You'll lead the evolution of our operating model, strengthen our talent strategy, and help embed modern ways of working that enable our teams to move faster, build smarter, and deliver greater impact.

This is a unique opportunity to connect strategy to real, visible change-partnering across IT, HR, and Communications to create clearer career paths, stronger capabilities, and a more agile, future-ready organization. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location(s) for this role are Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide Technology transformation, driving initiatives across workforce strategy, Agile ways of working, engineering excellence, and operating model evolution.
  • Shape and implement future-ready operating models, bringing clarity to roles, defining capabilities, and ensuring workforce plans are aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Champion change management across major Technology initiatives-ensuring strong adoption, organizational readiness, and clear, consistent communication.
  • Build and scale Talent Development programs for Technology, including upskilling strategies, career pathways, learning experiences, and the Technology Talent Academy.
  • Advance NextGen Talent initiatives, including internship programs, early-career pipelines, and rotational experiences that strengthen the future talent bench.
  • Partner with Communications to craft and deliver compelling Technology narratives, including executive messaging, transformation storytelling, and organizational updates.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and connector across HR, Communications, and Strategy to ensure alignment and momentum across key initiatives.
  • Establish and track meaningful KPIs to measure transformation progress, workforce capability growth, adoption, and overall engagement.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team across transformation, change management, and talent development disciplines.
  • Oversee budgets, external partners, and vendors supporting transformation and learning initiatives to ensure effective and scalable delivery.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in Technology leadership, with a strong track record in transformation, organizational design, workforce strategy, or operating model development.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing large-scale transformation or workforce initiatives.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect strategy to outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Proven ability to develop talent and build engaged, high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP), Agile methodologies, or leadership development.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation within large, complex organizations.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $139,120-208,680

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $160,000-$240,000

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
