About The Role:
As the Tech Talent Partner, you'll work as an embedded talent expert, owning the end-to-end hiring journey across Tech and Engineering roles. You'll partner closely with executive stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, source and engage exceptional talent, and deliver a thoughtful and seamless candidate experience.
You'll be driving scalable hiring processes, enabling leadership to make smart, data-informed decisions, and playing a key role in shaping talent foundations that will power long-term growth.
This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of people, strategy, and innovation-helping build the teams that will transform healthcare from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build strong pipelines of talent across early-stage and scaling businesses
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy
  • Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders
  • Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth
  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio, in initiatives across the portfolio

What We're Looking For:
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record hiring for Engineering and or GTM roles.
  • Experience in a high-growth agency environment, with exposure to startup or embedded recruitment models.
  • Skilled stakeholder manager - you know how to push back, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders
  • Passion for startups, or mission-driven work
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity

This position is based in NYC and follows an onsite set up.
