Location: Burlington County Special Services School District - Educational Services Unit
Position Summary
  • BCSSSD is seeking a qualified and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Educational Services Unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB), experience working with students with autism, and the ability to lead paraprofessional staff. This role involves collaboration with local school districts, families, and BCSSSD staff to support student success through effective behavior intervention plans and program development.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Candidate for BCBA exam may be considered
  • Minimum of three years of experience in ABA/VB
  • Strong data analysis and program development skills for students with autism
  • Ability to direct and support paraprofessional staff
  • In-depth knowledge of behavior plan development and instructional strategies
  • Familiarity with NJ Special Education regulations
  • Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary & Benefits
