Description
Trifecta Services Company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Support Coordinator to join our growing team. As a recognized leader in the demolition and environmental space, Trifecta is looking for someone to serve as the internal liaison between employees, leadership, and our outsourced IT vendors to support technology requests, onboarding processes, equipment management, and system administration tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor daily IT helpdesk tickets, including ticket routing, follow-up communication, and resolution tracking
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all IT-related tasks are completed
  • Maintain user access and permissions within systems such as SharePoint and other software platforms
  • Track and maintain company technology inventory, mobile devices, and equipment records
  • Coordinate equipment ordering, shipping, returns, and vendor pickups
  • Handle basic end-suer support request for laptops, printers, phones (cell/VoIP), and iPads and escalate to the IT helpdesk as needed
  • Manage software license assignments, removals, purchases, and renewals; oversee user account management and subscriptions, including telecom carrier accounts and billing
  • Support communication and coordination with outside IT vendors and service providers
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation, expense tracking, and IT administrative reporting
  • Coordinate employee technology training sessions and support documentation
  • Attend weekly IT coordination meetings and assist with follow-up action items
