Position Overview

As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our employees. A seamless digital employee experience is a top priority. You will work closely with our IT team to diagnose and resolve technical issues, implement software and hardware solutions, and contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure.


Requirements

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network and server infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to develop and document standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with in-office meeting and conference room support as needed.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Assist with IT-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our IT support services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicate technical information clearly, and train end-users as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-4 years of solid technology support experience.
