Build, Support, and Improve the Technology That Keeps Business Moving

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and enhance our North American IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving infrastructure, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role supporting networking, systems, endpoint devices, and IT infrastructure across the U.S. and Mexico. We are looking for someone who is technically strong, proactive, and comfortable owning projects while also supporting end users when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure across North America
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
  • Configure and support Cisco networking, VLANs, VPNs, and switches
  • Maintain Windows Server environments, VMware, and virtual systems
  • Support Microsoft Azure, Intune, and endpoint management
  • Manage laptop imaging, software deployment, and mobile devices
  • Monitor system performance, backups, updates, and security patches
  • Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding and user training
  • Document technical processes and maintain IT inventory
  • Partner with internal teams and leadership to support business operations and IT projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of IT experience in systems, infrastructure, or network support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, networking, and virtualization
  • Experience with Azure, VMware/vCenter, Intune, and MDM tools
  • Experience supporting Cisco networking environments
  • Understanding of VPN connectivity, routing, VLANs, and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • IT certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or VMware certifications are a plus
