Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across several hard-to-fill professional openings. This individual will focus heavily on identifying and engaging top talent for Information Technology (IT) and high-level Tax positions.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and Tax-related positions
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
  • Conduct candidate outreach and initial engagement activities
  • Build and maintain target candidate pools for current and future openings
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience
  • Experience sourcing technical and/or professional-level talent
  • Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or other professional roles is preferred
