Maximum Pay (per hour): 59.23

Hours: Full-time

What You'll Do:


  • Qualify and deeply understand job requirements to effectively target talent.

  • Proactively source and screen resumes, meticulously evaluating candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.

  • Strategically build and nurture a robust pipeline of engineering talent, collaborating closely with recruiting partners to meet critical company needs and priorities.

  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


**What You'll Bring:**


  • 4+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience, with a proven track record of success.

  • Exceptional ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral alignment.

  • Strong tech and industry knowledge, enabling you to understand relevant skills and identify key companies within the sector.

  • Outstanding consultative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience working on Manager and Leadership-level hires for technical requisitions.


Bonus Points:


  • Experience recruiting or sourcing for systems or software positions.

  • Background working for a recruiting agency or extensive in-house sourcing experience.

  • Direct experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership.
