Job Description

Job location: San Jose, CA

Employment Type: Fulltime position with Aspire Systems.

Position Requirements: 

Experience: 8 - 15 years of Relevant IT services sales experience

Focus Markets: US East Coast

Responsibilities: 

Complete ownership of the End to End Sales cycle.

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients

Coordinates involvement of company resources, including delivery, support functions, and management team to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations.

Present the complete service offerings to leads and customers.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Experience of selling services to retail companies (or) selling retail services from oracle, JDA etc. would be big plus.

Responsible for understanding Enterprise IT services offerings and competition

Build own pipeline through demand generation & targeted campaigns to Enterprise IT services

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment

Accountabilities and Performance measures:

Achieves assigned targets in the designated geography/Services

Meets assigned expectations for profitability.

Willingness to travel

Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.

Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
