Job description

This position serves as a IT Program Manager (INFOSEC), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Cybersecurity Service Staff, Administration, Shared Services and Internal Controls Directorate in Washington, DC. The incumbent is responsible for performing enterprise IT program management duties involving cybersecurity procedures and planning, information assurance, technology modernization, governance, risk management in support of mission-critical operations.Qualifications:To qualify for the position of IT Program Manager (INFOSEC), at GS-2210-14, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below.
Basic Qualifications (2210 series): Please refer to the OPM IT Management Series 2210 Qualification Standard for the specific experience requirements for the GS-12 and above positions.
AND
Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-14 grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable non-Federal experience. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following duties:
  1. Oversees implementation and assessment of security controls in coordination with Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), ensuring systems maintain authorization, compliance, or audit readiness. AND
  2. Oversees governance, risk management, or security operations. AND/OR
  3. Oversees contractor performance for IT and cybersecurity services.
You MUST meet all qualification requirements by the 07/31/2026 of this announcement.
