IT Delivery Program Manager Experience: 10 + years Location: Nashville, Tennessee Hybrid Region: North America Work type : Contract
Role Summary
The IT Delivery Program Manager will lead a critical, multi-site JASCI WMS implementation across three warehouses in the United States and Mexico.
This is a senior, executive-facing role responsible for program governance, deployment readiness, vendor performance, financial control, risk management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the WMS pilot and subsequent deployment waves.
Own the integrated program plan, governance, reporting, risks, issues, and escalations.
Coordinate design, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support.
Lead executive steering meetings and provide clear status reporting.
Act as the primary delivery interface with JASCI.
Hold vendors accountable for milestones, quality, resources, and issue resolution.
Manage an approximately $5 million program budget.
Coordinate technology, operations, site teams, customer stakeholders, and two IT Project Managers.
Ensure operational readiness and minimize disruption during go-live.
Support evening or weekend activities during cutover and hypercare when required.
Required Experience
10+ years of IT delivery or program-management experience.
At least five years leading complex, business-critical programs.
Strong experience in contract logistics, 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain.
Experience leading enterprise WMS implementations and multi-site deployments.
Strong program governance, vendor management, budget control, risk management, and executive communication skills.
Experience managing customer-facing programs and matrix teams.
PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification preferred.
