Responsibilities

  • Align technology capabilities and product initiatives with business unit objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and technical improvements that deliver value to stakeholders and users
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit managers and internal stakeholders, collaborating to understand needs, gather requirements, and support strategic IT planning
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through launch, assessment, and iteration, ensuring products meet business goals and user expectations
  • Lead product design and implementation, applying product management principles to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of product milestones
