Job Description

Role Summary

The Service Contract Administrator is a foundational role within the Service Sales organization, providing operational excellence and fast, accurate support that enables customer engagement and revenue generation. This role partners closely with Service Sales Representatives, Sales Leadership, and crossfunctional teams to ensure timely contract execution, pricing integrity, CRM accuracy, and adherence to commercial processes. The position reports to the Contract Administration Manager and operates in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, highquality support to the Service Sales organization by managing incoming contractrelated requests with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Prepare, process, and manage service contract documentation, ensuring completeness, compliance, and timely turnaround to support customer interactions and revenue closure.

  • Serve as a steward of pricing and commercial governance, ensuring discount levels and approval processes are followed in accordance with established policies.

  • Support navigation of contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), coordinating reviews, approvals, and revisions with internal stakeholders as needed.

  • Maintain accurate contract, customer, and pricing data within CRM and related systems.

  • Support CRM data hygiene initiatives, including cleanup, validation, and ongoing governance to improve data quality and reporting integrity.

  • Assist with recurring sales reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc requests to support visibility into performance and pipeline activity.

  • Partner crossfunctionally with Sales, Field Service, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve issues and remove barriers to contract execution.

  • Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and turnaround times, contributing to enhanced customer and sales team experience.

  • Balance independent execution with active collaboration, maintaining close connection with the service sales team and key internal partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Prior experience in contract administration, sales operations, order management, or a related commercial support role.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process discipline.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines.

  • Comfortable enforcing policies, pricing guardrails, and approval processes with confidence and professionalism.

  • Proficient with CRM systems and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.

  • Selfmotivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a service sales, contracts, or recurring revenue business model.

  • Familiarity with pricing controls, discount governance, or commercial approval workflows.

  • Experience working with legal and finance teams on contract or T&C reviews.

  • Exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or capital equipment service environments.
