Job description

Independent Technology Consulting Agent / Broker

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Independent Technology Consulting Agent / Broker based in the United States.

This is a high-autonomy, commission-based partnership role designed for experienced technology advisors and connectors who already operate within mid-market and enterprise client ecosystems. You will act as a trusted introducer and commercial bridge between your existing network and a modern, AI-enabled IT and managed services platform spanning infrastructure, DevOps, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and data operations. Rather than selling from scratch, your focus is on leveraging established relationships to open doors and expand conversations around IT modernization, security maturity, and cloud transformation. The environment is entrepreneurial and flexible, built for senior professionals who prefer independence over structure but still want strong backend support. You will be supported by senior technical and sales engineering teams, allowing you to focus on relationships and deal flow. This role is designed for individuals who want to monetize their network with minimal operational overhead while contributing to large-scale IT transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will leverage your existing client relationships to generate and support new business opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor within your network.

  • Introduce managed IT, data, DevOps, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity solutions into existing enterprise and mid-market client relationships
  • Develop and maintain long-term client and partner relationships to support ongoing revenue generation
  • Support solution presentations by connecting clients with technical and pre-sales teams for deeper engagement
  • Assist in commercial discussions, including contract structuring, negotiation, and deal closure support
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to ensure retention, expansion, and continued partnership success
  • Collaborate with internal teams providing sales engineering, solution design, and executive-level advisory support
Requirements:

This role is best suited for experienced technology and business professionals with an established network and strong credibility in IT or enterprise solution environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in senior sales, consulting, or executive roles within technology or enterprise services
  • Existing book of business within mid-market to enterprise organizations ($50M–$2B revenue range)
  • Background in enterprise applications, cloud services, IT consulting, managed services, or infrastructure-related solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT operations, digital transformation, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture principles
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a commission-only, performance-driven environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with a fully functional computer and willingness to install endpoint security software
Benefits:
  • 100% remote and highly flexible work structure
  • Commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential
  • Residual income opportunities based on client retention and expansion
  • Ability to monetize existing client relationships with minimal operational overhead
  • Access to senior technical, sales engineering, and executive support teams
  • Opportunity to represent a full-stack modern IT and AI transformation platform
  • Entrepreneurial, partner-driven model with long-term income potential
  • Low administrative burden focused primarily on relationships and deal introduction
