As we embark on this journey, we are seeking a Sales Director-IT Consulting who will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, growing the sales pipeline, and driving the revenue growth of The AES Group. 


Job Responsibilities 

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through market research, networking, and other channels 
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target clients with a relentless focus on client value creation 
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and analyze trends to continuously improve plans 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients 
  • Lead negotiations with clients and other stakeholders when closing deals, ensuring a win-win situation for all concerned parties

  • Increasing sales pipeline across all core services of AES

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven track record of sales leadership in the technology services industry. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Results-driven with a focus on building new client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
