Responsibilities

  • Manage and track your pipeline in Bullhorn to exceed targets.
  • Partner with internal teams for successful project launches and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues quickly, ensuring top-tier service and retention.
  • Attend sales and team meetings to share insights and grow professionally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales/business development experience within the staffing or recruiting industry, ideally selling to senior directors or executives.
  • Experience in consultative sales and professional services.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, including building a brand from scratch.
  • Strong local network and proven ability to generate lasting client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, negotiate confidently, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
