About the Role:
Join our passionate team at Little Cub Academy LLC as a Lead Teacher in our Infant Classroom! This exciting opportunity allows you to nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of one-year-olds.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Must have completed basic classes in Early Childhood Education.
