We are seeking a motivated individual who shares our passion for medical radiation science and will be a driving force behind their teaching and research activities. As a Lecturer, you will make high-quality contributions to both education and research (ER), demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to embrace new opportunities. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding student experiences while building a strong research profile and fostering industry connections.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering innovative curriculum development and teaching in medical imaging
  • Build and maintain partnerships with industry and academic stakeholders
  • Support and mentor students across undergraduate and postgraduate programs
  • Develop and support an active research culture and program aligned with the Discipline
  • Secure research funding through grant applications

About you:

You are an enthusiastic educator and emerging or established researcher who values student success and academic excellence. To be successful in this role you will be:

  • An experience leader in medical imaging with a strong academic or clinical background
  • Collaborative, strategic, and committed to student success and academic excellence
  • A passionate educator and emerging or established researcher who values student success and academic excellence.
  • Ability to deliver engaging, high-quality teaching at the tertiary level
  • A developing or established research track record, including publications and/or conference presentations

Requirements: 

  • Completion of, or in progress towards, a PhD in diagnostic medical radiation science or a related field
