Qualifications:
NJ Supervisor Certificate OR NJ Principal Certification Standard/CEAS
AND NJ Mathematics or NJ Science Teacher Certification  
Background in Math or Science 
Three years minimum experience in teaching, curriculum development and school administration
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make school change 
Strong communicator, written and verbal
Able to structure, plan and deliver professional development 
Forward-thinking, collaborative, open-minded, reflective and organized
Knowledge of NJSLS standards to support vertical and horizontal articulation specifically in Math and Science, and Computer Science 
Support social justice while approaching daily work through a lens of centered in equity and achievement for all students
Up-to-date with current educational research and pedagogy
Operates from a student centered perspective
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Curriculum and Instruction & Superintendent 
Salary: Following the established CHASA salary guidelines ranging from $115,000 minimum to $185,000 maximum per year. Final compensation offer will be based on experience and qualifications. 
Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included 
All alternate route candidates ("Certificate of Eligibility) must show completion of 50 hours of pre-service training through a DOE approved CE educator program prior to being interviewed for a position. The certificate of completion must be uploaded into the AppliTrack portal in order for alternate route candidates to be considered.
