Is being a teacher aide worth it?

Teacher aides support classroom teachers by assisting with instruction, supervision, and student needs, often working part-time or full-time hours. The role can provide valuable experience in education and may lead to further certification or teaching positions, but typically offers lower pay compared to licensed teachers. Job satisfaction often depends on working environment, student interactions, and personal career goals.

What are Teacher Aides?
