Red Hill Lutheran Church and School is a member of Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC), an association of Biblically and confessionally orthodox Lutheran Churches.

Examples of duties: 1. Teach and instruct middle school students in a classroom setting. 2.

Utilize an adopted course of study, program guides, and a variety of other materials in developing lesson planning, and in the development of teaching outlines related to STEM/Science/Engineering based curriculum. 3. Pursue a variety of methodology in teaching and instructing pupils, including instruction, demonstration, lecture, activity participation, and using specialized educational equipment, materials, and aids.

4. Teach and instruct students in Christian citizenship and other subject matter specified by school mission, vision, philosophy, and statement of faith. 5.

Prepare, develop and utilize a variety of instructional materials appropriate for the instructional level of students within a wide range of mental, physical, and emotional maturity. 6. Review, analyze, and evaluate the history, background, and assessment of students in designing a STEM/Science/Engineering educational program to meet specific individual educational needs.

7. Provide individual and group instruction designed to enhance the students' mental, social, and emotional growth. 8.
