Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • We are seeking a Junior AI Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise AI and automation solutions on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
  • This role is ideal for a developer who is growing into AI-enabled solution delivery and can contribute to configuration, build, testing, documentation, and support under senior technical guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building and configuring M365/Power Platform-based AI and automation solutions.
  • Support development of workflows, app components, connector configurations, and agent experiences.
  • Participate in unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
  • Create technical documentation, release notes, and support materials.
  • Help maintain reusable components and follow established coding/configuration standards.
  • Work with senior developers and architects to learn enterprise patterns and delivery practices.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational stabilization.
  • Foundational experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, application development, or automation.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data handling, and structured problem solving.
