What is a TBI attorney?

A TBI attorney is a lawyer who specializes in representing clients who have suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) due to accidents, negligence, or intentional harm. These attorneys have expertise in both the medical and legal aspects of brain injury cases and work to secure compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages. They often collaborate with medical professionals to build strong cases and advocate for their clients’ rights in negotiations or court.
