Key Responsibilities for the Entry-Level Tax Assistant:
- Assemble and process individual and business tax returns
- Track workflow and maintain supporting tax documentation
- Prepare balance sheets and assist with basic tax reporting
- Support the tax team with administrative and client-facing tasks
- Coordinate mailing and organization of completed returns
Qualifications for the Entry-Level Tax Assistant:
- Prior tax experience preferred (open to early-career or developing candidates)
- Degree preferred but not required
- Stable employment history (not seasonal-only or frequent job changes)
